Q.Is this really made by a retired Army officer?
A: Yes! Anuradha Tillu, a 75-year-young Army veteran, personally oversees the making of every batch to ensure it meets her high standards of purity and taste.
Q.Why is there no vinegar in it?
A: Most brands use synthetic vinegar to increase shelf life cheaply. We prefer the traditional way of using oil, salt, and spices to preserve the pickle naturally.
Q.Is the oil refined?
A: Never. We only use wooden-pressed (cold-pressed) groundnut oil which retains all its natural nutrients and flavor.
Q.How spicy is it?
A: It has a medium, warming heat. It’s designed to highlight the deep, nutty flavor of the garlic rather than just burning your tongue
Q.Why is the shelf life only 6 months?
A: Natural food has a life. Since we don't use chemical preservatives, we recommend enjoying the pickle while it's fresh and full of life.
Q.Can people with high blood pressure have this?
A: We use Rock Salt (Saindhav), which is generally considered a better alternative to table salt, but we always recommend moderation for any pickle.
Q.Is it Vegan?
A: Yes, it is 100% plant-based and contains no animal products.

A: We source high-quality garlic locally from the Satara region, ensuring it is fresh and potent.
