Dalia Upma

  1. Dry roast Khapli Wheat Rava over low heat for 3–5 minutes until light brown. Set aside.
  2. Heat ghee or oil in a pan and temper mustard seeds, jeera, cashews, peanuts, and/or chopped onion.
  3. Add your choice of vegetables and salt.
  4. Add the roasted wheat rava and 1.5 cups of water.
  5. Cook on low heat or pressure cook until done.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve hot.
