Three years ago, an initiative began with a single, compassionate decision: to create a safe haven for indigenous cows that no longer produce milk—cattle that are all too often abandoned once their commercial utility ends. Leaving behind steady careers, including a banking role and a PhD in Physics, this husband-and-wife team chose to dedicate their lives entirely to Go-samvardhan (indigenous cow conservation). What started with just 5 non-lactating cows has grown into a sanctuary caring for over 40 native cattle, including majestic breeds like Kankrej and Khillar, and their beloved cow Tulja.
Rather than viewing these mother cows through the lens of milk yield, this initiative honors their lifelong presence. To make the goshala self-sustaining and fund the cows' daily feed and medical care, they turn pure Gomay into purposeful, sacred living essentials.

Sun-Drying the Indigenous Gomay: Fresh dung from native Kankrej and Khillar cows is collected, naturally sun-dried, and finely sifted into a silky, clean powder. No foreign fillers or charcoal dust are ever introduced.

Infusing the Sacred Panchgavya: The dried cow dung powder is hand-kneaded with the traditional elements of Panchgavya—pure desi cow milk, curd, a touch of bilona ghee, and gaumutra extract. This natural binder ensures the dhoop burns evenly with clean white smoke, eliminating any harsh black soot.
