Description
Regional Treasures brings five distinctive dry fruits and nuts together in one 1.25 kg combo: creamy Konkani W240 cashews, naturally sweet Kashmiri Plain Mamra almonds, rich Kashmiri walnut kernels, soft Brown Manuka raisins and Fard dates. With 250 g of each, there is something for the morning bowl, the afternoon snack and the family recipes you return to.
This collection is about more than putting five packs together. It brings our regional farmer connections in India alongside the Middle Eastern Fard dates we use in our own ladoos. Each selection has its own flavour, texture and story, chosen to earn a place in your kitchen.
What's Inside
-
Konkani Cashew, W240 | 250 g: Medium-sized cashew kernels with a creamy bite and gentle nutty flavour, sourced from farmers in Maharashtra's Konkan and Kolhapur regions.
-
Kashmiri Plain Mamra Badam | 250 g: Small, naturally sweet, oil-rich almonds with a gentle curve. “Plain” refers to their less pronounced curve compared with our Curved Mamra selection, not a roasted or flavoured preparation.
-
Kashmiri Giri Walnut | 250 g: Rich, nutty walnut kernels with the hard outer shell removed, ready to crumble into breakfast bowls, salads and home baking.
-
Brown Manuka Raisins | 250 g: Soft, seedless, naturally sun-dried raisins, selected for their own sweetness and the farmer relationship behind them.
-
Fard Dates | 250 g: Naturally sweet dates sourced from the Middle East. These are the same dates we use in our ladoos, with no added sugar or sugar dipping.
Total net weight: 1.25 kg, comprising five 250 g packs.

The People & Places Behind the Collection
Konkani Cashews: Konkan & Kolhapur
We source our Indian-grown cashews directly from farmers in Maharashtra's Konkan and Kolhapur regions. Among these growers is Ashok Kashilkar from Dapoli, who has practised natural farming for more than a decade. His connection gives a familiar kitchen ingredient a named grower and a known origin.
Mamra Almonds & Walnuts: Our Kashmir Connection
Our Kashmir sourcing relationship is with ZF Kashmiri Dry Fruits, working with local farmers. The Plain Mamra almonds come from the same farmer who supplies our Kashmiri saffron, and our walnuts come through that same farmer relationship. The almonds bring their naturally sweet, oil-rich character, while the shelled walnut kernels add their own rich, nutty bite.
Brown Manuka: Meet Mohan Dongre
Our Brown Manuka comes from Mohan Dongre from Kollapur, who is connected with our farmer group of more than 100 farmers. His dedication to natural farming is part of the story behind these raisins. We also source our Bilgi Mirchi Powder from him, so two very different ingredients in our range share a familiar farmer connection.
Fard Dates: A Choice From Our Own Kitchen
These Middle Eastern Fard dates are our favourite pick from the dry fruit and nuts range. We use the same dates in our ladoos because we enjoy their taste and quality. Their sweetness comes from the fruit itself, not from dipping them in sugar.
Ways to Enjoy
1. Make Your Own Snack Bowl
Serve a small portion of nuts with a few raisins and pieces of dates. Enjoy the contrast between the creamy, nutty and naturally sweet bites.
2. Bring Variety to Breakfast
Chop the nuts and dried fruits over porridge, muesli or curd. Remove date stones before chopping or blending.
3. Make Homemade Ladoos
Remove the stones from the dates, then chop or blend them with your preferred combination of nuts. Add raisins for little pockets of sweetness and adjust the quantities to your recipe.
4. Finish Kheer & Family Sweets
Slice the almonds, chop the cashews and add a few raisins to kheer, sheera or other family favourites. Use walnut pieces where their richer flavour suits the dish.
5. Explore Sweet & Savoury Recipes
Blend soaked cashews into a creamy gravy, crumble walnuts over salads or fold chopped nuts and dried fruit into cakes and breads.
Serving care:
Remove date stones before eating or use. For young children, serve nuts finely ground or in an age-appropriate preparation rather than whole.
