A Partnership Rooted in Tradition
We first tasted Asha's chakli at a regional exhibition and loved its texture and flavour. Together, we created a special batch for Past In Present Agro using rice, besan and urad flours, whole spices, butter and cold-pressed groundnut oil.
“Traditional recipes keep our family food memories alive. When we use whole spices and familiar ingredients, every batch carries that tradition forward.”
