Cooking Method

• In a bowl add 1 cup Multi Millet Dosa mix with 2-3 cups water to make a batter like consistency and let it sit for 5 minutes
• Preheat a nonstick pan on medium heat
• Take a ladleful of batter and spread it on the pan in a circular motion
• Drizzle enough oil, ghee or butter evenly over the dosa
• Cook well on both sides till lightly brown
• Serve hot with aloo masala, sambar & coconut chutney
